Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer friendly Handyman to respond to repair and maintenance work orders in our residential and commercial portfolio.

We'll rely on you to keep our facilities in excellent condition by performing various tasks. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills.


Responsibilities & Skills

• Perform repair and maintenance work orders and renovations including general electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
• Communicate effectively with residents
• Inspect properties, identify and report the need for repairs
• Undertake duties as assigned including emergency tasks
• Proven experience as handyman
• Good communication ability
• Wellorganized and good problemsolving ability
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
