Your responsibilities

  • General housekeeping tasks
  • Inspection rounds inside and outside of buildings
  • Conducting minor repairs
  • Supervision and monitoring of external companies
  • Technical coordination and support for events
  • Implementation of house rules
Your qualifications

  • You have a completed technical education, preferably in a trade, as well as professional experience in the field of building technology, fire protection, real estate, and facility management.
  • Experience and knowledge in the areas of air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical engineering are desirable.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Organizational talent
  • Initiative and independent work
  • Technical and commercial understanding
  • Teamoriented, customeroriented, and communication skills
  • Driver's license class B required
