Your responsibilities:

As a personnel consultant (m/f/d), you will develop and implement search strategies to find the right candidates for our client projects. This includes:

• Developing and structuring your own search strategies to find the best candidates on the internet

• Identifying candidates through platforms such as XING, LinkedIn, and reaching out to them

• Writing job advertisements and maintaining our internal database

• Working closely with a tech recruiter and managing various projects together
