Support our customer service team and get a behind-the-scenes look at live entertainment in Big Lake, MN.

White label eCommerce provides independent ticketing and successful online shops for the event industry. Our software helps organizers, artists, and sports clubs sell exciting live experiences directly to their fans. While we work behind the scenes, our partners like Wacken Open Air and THW Kiel rock the show.


Responsibilities:

  • There's no "please hold the line" with us. You will solve problems for our customers (B2C) after ticket purchases.
  • You will respond to email and occasionally phone (inbound) inquiries about ticket orders, payment, and shipping.
  • With your professional and friendly communication, you will turn ticket buyers into loyal customers.
  • You enjoy optimizing existing processes and making suggestions for improvement.
  • You will act as a liaison between our operations and account management teams.

Qualifications:

  • You enjoy communicating with people, whether concertgoers or sports fans. You always strike the right tone.
  • Your serviceoriented approach ensures a great fan experience.
  • You handle challenges with poise and calmness.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with our online shops and tools.
