Restaurant Requirements and qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency is essential
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service setting, managing a team of 30 or more
Proficient in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Experience managing a restaurant with an annual sales volume of at least $2 million
Financial acumen with an understanding of P&L, cost control, and financial issue resolution
