GridIron IT is seeking multiple Data Governance Analystslocal to Washington, DC

Active Top Secret SCI Eligible Clearance Required

Required Skills:

Shall assist in the development and implementation of a data management strategy.
The strategy shall provide technical direction for data management capability areas, leading platform management, understanding large data sets, and leading and managing advance data techniques.
The staff member shall also assist the Government staff in the establishment and maturation of client processes for analyzing data and presenting actionable information to senior leadership to make informed decisions; development and implementation of applicable data governance principles, standards, policies, and guidance; and definition of processes for the effective, integrated introduction of new data sets.
To effectively accomplish the relevant scope of work, the Policy and Governance staff member shall have specific experience as an advocate for the value of an Intelligence Community (IC) Agency's data and the use of data across functional areas.
The staff member shall have experience developing policy and guidelines for the advancement of applications, systems, and algorithms using Title 50 and nonTitle 50 data and enabling projects' use or align with functional cloud technologies, where appropriate.
The staff member shall also have detailed knowledge of current and proposed analytic tools and databases resident in the client and the IC.
Five (5) or more years' experience developing data management policies for an IC Agency.
Indepth understanding of current data standards and related privacy policies.
Data Analytics and Data Science experience, as demonstrated by the attainment of a bachelor's degree or equivalent data management training.
Candidates shall be eligible to obtain and retain a government security clearance and meet the personnel security requirements and have extensive experience applying DMBOK principles in a hybrid, classified environment.
Experience in operationalizing interagency national security priorities
Experience in developing policy or legal frameworks to operationalize interagency data initiatives
Experience in integrating and operationalizing Title 50 and Non-Title 50 data sets
Experience in effectively communicating at senior executive levels within a customer organization.
Experience in effectively communicating with leadership of other contractors.
Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.
