Join our team at our production site in Sülzetal in full-time.
What to expect
You will be responsible for setting up and operating state-of-the-art production equipment, ensuring an optimal production process.

While adhering to all internal and external guidelines, you will ensure an effective and quality-conscious production of frozen baked goods.

You will lead the equipment personnel and share responsibility for their training and motivation.
You will be responsible for maintaining the applicable quality standards (IFS, HACCP, QMS).
Regular feedback discussions with your superiors will help you in your development.

Have you successfully completed an apprenticeship as a baker, food technologist, machine and plant operator (specializing in food technology), or similar? Or do you simply enjoy working with food and have basic knowledge of food production? Then you are the right fit for us.

We are looking for dedicated professionals who are willing to use their skills and develop them with us, as well as motivated employees for simpler tasks, whom we would be happy to train in our production equipment.

You are interested in food safety and hygiene and have a strong sense of quality.
You have a good understanding of technical processes.
You are a team player, proactive, and flexible.
