Description
Answer and direct phone calls, take reliable messages and route to appropriate staff.

  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including simple arithmetic operations.
  • Develop and maintain physical and computerized departmental files.
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Attending meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Assist in registration of new accounts.
  • Maintain and handle all work orders, maintenance requests and campus site licenses.
  • Provide courteous customer service tasks.
  • Maintain purchasing records and collect and deposit monies for various programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:


  • Clerical Experience
  • Broad knowledge of MS Word and broad knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment.
  • Fluent Spanish/English Bilingual

Education:

High School Diploma


Experience:

Previous clerical work experience.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Computer and various office equipment.

Physical Demands:


  • Repetitive hand motions.
  • Prolonged use of the computer.
  • Frequent sitting, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling.
  • Moving small stacks of textbooks, boxes, equipment and other campus equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour
