Description
Answer and direct phone calls, take reliable messages and route to appropriate staff.- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including simple arithmetic operations.
- Develop and maintain physical and computerized departmental files.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Attending meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Assist in registration of new accounts.
- Maintain and handle all work orders, maintenance requests and campus site licenses.
- Provide courteous customer service tasks.
- Maintain purchasing records and collect and deposit monies for various programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Clerical Experience
- Broad knowledge of MS Word and broad knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to operate various office equipment.
- Fluent Spanish/English Bilingual
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
Previous clerical work experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Computer and various office equipment.

Physical Demands:
- Repetitive hand motions.
- Prolonged use of the computer.
- Frequent sitting, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling.
- Moving small stacks of textbooks, boxes, equipment and other campus equipment.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour
