New Concepts for Living is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to people with developmental disabilities and their families.

SALARY:
UP to $90,000 commensurate with experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to:

Provide input into staffing requirements and responsible for orientation, supervising, and training of staff.
Remain up to date on licensing requirements, ensure compliance and attend annual licensing inspections.
Maintain household operating budgets and bookkeeping system.
Maintain appropriate client files, records, and reports, and submit all reports in a timely manner.
Coordinate and maintain all home staff schedules.
Ensure staff compliance with all required trainings.
Assist in implementation of an Individualized Service Plan for each resident.
Investigate and report all unusual incidents.
Coordinate meetings with parents and/or guardians to attain individual's full development.
Maintain monthly staff meetings to discuss programs, individuals, and related matters.
Plan and participate in community outings with residents.
Implement house rules and procedures related to safety, security, and individuals' rights.
Monitor staff performance according to current standards.
Ensure appropriate hygiene and appearance of residents.
Perform daily walk through of the home, report any maintenance concerns and address any cleanliness issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years management experience in a leadership role
Willing to undergo background check, drug screening and physical in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Valid driver's license

Pay:
Up to $90,000.00 per year
