    The Role:

    We're searching for an energetic and driven Sales Associate to fuel our growth and amplify our market presence. This is your chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic team, where your efforts directly enhance our footprint in the commercial vendor bike sector.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Craft and execute a robust sales strategy to smash sales targets and boost our revenue.
    • Lead Generation: Dive into the market to unearth new business opportunities, using your prowess in cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
    • Relationship Management: Forge lasting bonds with clients by delivering customized solutions that resonate with their unique needs.
    • Product Advocacy: Showcase the superior features and customization options of our bikes with engaging demonstrations and presentations.
    • Collaborative Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with our design and production squads to ensure client visions are transformed into reality.
    • Deal Closure: Master the art of negotiation to seal deals, backed by compelling proposals and sharp contract acumen.
    • Market Insight: Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor moves to steer our product and strategy refinement.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot to keep our teams aligned and informed.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Commit to outstanding service by resolving client issues promptly and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
    What We're Looking For:
    • Proven Sales Expertise: A solid history of surpassing sales goals in B2B environments, ideally within the food and beverage sphere.
    • Communication Maestro: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect and engage with a diverse client base.
    • Negotiation Guru: Strong flair for presenting and negotiating, ensuring our products are irresistible to potential clients.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfort with CRM platforms like Hubspot and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Independent Drive: High self-motivation and a proactive problem-solving approach, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
    • Product Passion: Keen interest in e-bikes and related technologies is a major plus.
    • Crm System: Must have experience in HubSpot and QuickBooks.
