Position Summary:

The Sourcing Specialist at Johns Hopkins Health System executes sourcing strategies for capital equipment, clinical products, and non-clinical items. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, monitoring performance, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating for cost savings and quality improvement. They work with Analytics and Value Analysis divisions, review buy vs. lease analysis, and prioritize supply chain excellence.


Education:

A relevant Bachelor's Degree is required, with preference for degrees in supply chain or related business/finance areas.

A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health and/or Hospital Administration is preferred, but not required.


Work Experience:


Applicants must have at least
six months to one year work experience or residency/externship experience working in Supply Chain or healthcare related field.
