HERE'S HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Working hours and team structure:

This position can be filled either full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week for part-time employees.

As a member of our team, you will act independently and work closely with our team in Düsseldorf to ensure efficient and effective personnel management.

Requirements and experience:
For this position, you will need 1-2 years of experience in human resources.

In critical cases, such as labor law, you will be supported by our team in Düsseldorf or our headquarters in Wolfsburg, making this position suitable for entry-level professionals as well.

Scope of responsibility:
You will be responsible for the care of approximately 60 employees. Your tasks will cover the entire range of human resources, from recruitment to employee development. Recruiting (applicant management, hiring, administrative processing) in coordination with the BU manager Accompanying and monitoring the smooth entry and exit process First point of contact for personnel service providers Coordination of temporary workers in use with the departments (demand planning) Independent processing of various personnel processes, taking into account legal and collective bargaining agreements as well as applicable company agreements Personnel administration for approximately 60 employees, such as file management, contract and reference letter creation, internal and external correspondence HERE'S HOW YOU WILL CONVINCE US Completed commercial apprenticeship or further education as a personnel specialist (IHK)
