  • The purpose of this class is to provide customer service duties in support of department operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Greets visitors and answers telephones; provides information and assistance; directs to appropriate personnel.
  • Collects funds and issues motor vehicles license plates and renewal stickers.
  • Processes and collects funds for private party vehicle title transfers and sales.
  • Inspects, processes and collects funds for titles provided by car dealerships.
  • Receives, processes and applies monies to appropriate taxing entities and years for bankruptcies, payments received by attorneys, and county Sheriff sales.
  • Maintains responsibility for all funds collected at assigned workstation.
  • Organizes all work documentation for submission to Branch Manager.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Requires High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Requires one year of experience providing customer service in an office environment.
