Office Manager/Legal AssistantIMMEDIATE OPENING.
Skills/Qualifications:
Duties:
- Manages and schedules attorneys' calendars, including client meetings.
- Assists attorney in preparing for meetings.
- Drafts basic documents, letters and agreements. Proofreads all documents.
- Assists with managing office, including billing and tracking expenses.
- Opens, maintains and closes files.
- Photocopying, scanning, mailing, formatting and filing documents.
- Obtains needed client information and keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating progress.
- Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Pay:
Commensurate with experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
