Office Manager/Legal Assistant

IMMEDIATE OPENING.


Skills/Qualifications:

Duties:


  • Manages and schedules attorneys' calendars, including client meetings.
  • Assists attorney in preparing for meetings.
  • Drafts basic documents, letters and agreements. Proofreads all documents.
  • Assists with managing office, including billing and tracking expenses.
  • Opens, maintains and closes files.
  • Photocopying, scanning, mailing, formatting and filing documents.
  • Obtains needed client information and keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating progress.
  • Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

Pay:
Commensurate with experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
