Louann, AR HR Consulting Maria Herrmann specializes in the placement of specialized and managerial professionals in the healthcare industry.

Our client is a highly successful homecare company operating nationwide.


We are currently seeking a nursing professional for the homecare field in the Lake Constance region, specializing in oxygen therapy and home ventilation (m/f/x).


Responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate care for chronically ill individuals in the outpatient setting.
  • You will act as the liaison between all parties involved in the care, such as primary care physicians, family members, and home care services.
  • You will propose therapy options to physicians.
  • You will provide guidance and training to physicians, nursing staff, and family members on the use of modern medical devices, particularly in the areas of oxygen therapy, home ventilation, and sleep apnea.

Qualifications:

  • You have completed training as a certified nursing professional (m/f/x).
  • Ideally, you have completed further training in intensive care and anesthesia. Alternatively, you have experience working in intensive care units.
  • You enjoy organizing your own work.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • You live in the Lake Constance region.
