Job Summary:


Essential Job Functions:

• Performs a variety of tasks associated with leasing and marketing of the community
• Provide information about community and schedule site visits on behalf of community leasing personnel
• Maintain a cheerful and friendly, customercentric attitude at all times
• Prequalify prospect residents
• Maintain accurate and indepth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expiration, square feet, etc.
• Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.
• Monitor vacancies and potential vacancies
• Assist community maintenance teams by following up on outstanding work orders
• Maintain open communication with Community Manager and Maintenance staff
• Always represent the Company in a professional manner

Administrative:

• Accurately and efficiently enter all data into Yardi.
• Complete service requests and communicate with community maintenance personnel

Other job functions:

• Attend and participate in training and continuing education classes, as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Participate in onsite or remote activities

Experience:

• Leasing: 1 year (preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
