Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

Your Mission

  • Thermal coating of components with different layer systems is part of your job
  • You are responsible for the preparation, control, and sandblasting of the components
  • You monitor the specified system parameters throughout the entire process
  • You perform tests regarding diameter, layer thickness, and roughness
  • Performing dimensional checks with conventional measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments is not new to you
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the plant technology must be carried out by you according to defined specifications (TPM)

Your Superpowers

  • You bring commitment and willingness to learn
  • You have completed vocational training, preferably in the metal sector
  • Handling measuring tools and reading technical drawings and work plans are not foreign to you
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of thermal spraying (HVOF / plasma) and operating robots or CNC machines are desirable
  • Knowledge in the field of process engineering is an advantage
