What we have planned together:
As part of our 18-month trainee program, you will gradually take on independent tasks and projects in various departments of quality management and also gain insights into interface areas such as private label purchasing, category management, and sustainability. During a several-month stay abroad, you will get to know one of our procurement offices of REWE Far East in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Shanghai, Vietnam or Istanbul.

In addition, as a trainee, you will receive intensive and individual support from our personnel development and a personal mentor from management in your professional and personal development. After completing the trainee program, you can expect a responsible position in the area of Operational Quality Management Non-Food.

The trainee program in the area of Operational Quality Management starts one month earlier or later, but it is also possible to start at a different time.
