Description
:
TEKsystems is looking for an IT Specialist on a long term contract supporting a DoD customer in Corpus Cristi, TX.
The team is operational between 6am and 6pm, so the consultant has an opportunity to work an 8-hour shift during that time.
Responsibilities:Install, configure, service, repair and maintain IT systems, hardware/software, and network devices
Interact with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction.
Collect, identify, define and organize detailed user and information technology requirements.
Coordinate and collaborate with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
Requirements:
Must have at least an active Secret Clearance
Security+CE Certification
Experience providing break fix support for desktop PCs, laptops, and networked peripherals
Skills:
