- These actions are to include but are not limited to:
- Investigations and reports arising from any quality defect notices issued against Contractor employees, verification of time sheets, introduction and initial indoctrination to new employees.
- Acts as advisor to warehouse and computer operations team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- High School Diploma and five (5+) years or more of professional experience.
- Experience performing all local management actions associated with his/her employees, including but not limited to:
- Investigations and reports arising from any quality defect notices issued against Contractor employees.
- Verification of time sheets.
- Introduction and initial indoctrination to new employees.
- Experience acting as advisor to warehouse and computer operations team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
