Job summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of HR/Talent, while also assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with essential recruiting and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of HR/Talent, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of HR leadership.
