Your tasks

  • Comprehensive support of database systems (MSSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle) including conceptualization, monitoring, and operation
  • Migration of existing systems to current versions (on-prem and cloud)
  • Coordination and control with departments and service providers
  • Introducing technical innovations, improvements, and ideas
  • Designing future-proof, highly available, and secure database systems
  • Management of DB host systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Creating ETL routes and stored procedures for data provisioning in the data warehouse

Your profile

  • You have extensive knowledge and several years of professional experience in operating MSSQL servers and are curious about other systems (MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle)
  • You have professional experience or a degree in IT and the skills for database operation
  • You enjoy working with modern technologies, have strong communication skills, a team spirit, creativity, analytical thinking skills, and take pride in maintaining high uptime for your databases
  • You are committed to ensuring the provision of our customers
  • You have German language skills at least at B2 level (B2 certificate or German as a native language)
