Responsibilities:

Forecast and manage schedule.
Work with Outside Plant Engineers and Permit Coordinator to ensure project is ontrack and on schedule.
Conduct final QC of projects before sending to clients.
Update and manage Microsoft Sharepoint tasks and projects.
Maintain client satisfaction and pursue new work from existing clients.
Host weekly calls with clients to discuss new work.
Create quotes for new projects and change orders.
Communicate project closeouts to Controller.
Work with Controller to manage POs, change orders, and project closeout.
Handle overtime needs and requests.
Conduct daily and weekly team meetings.
Review and communicate staffing needs.
Handle client issues and project delays.
Maintain QC standards for customer and company.
Conduct periodic employee performance reviews.

Qualifications:

5 years project management experience
Experience in telecommunications or construction industry preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs and other relevant software for data management and analysis.
Familiarity with project management tasks, including assigning projects, maintaining records, and delivering projects on time.
Technical skills in field, OSPE, permitting tasks, CAD, and internal CAD processes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year

Benefits:
