Description
As a Global Process Change Manager in the Industrial Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of changes to production processes. These change processes may involve modifications to workflow and process materials. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into Rosenberger's entire product portfolio, including automotive connectors, large HV connectors, and custom measurement solutions. In implementing process changes, you will work closely with process development, tool engineering, quality management, and on-site specialists at global Rosenberger locations.Your responsibilities:
- Evaluation and technical implementation responsibility in Process Change Management as part of Global Process Engineering
- Technical and economic analysis, risk assessment, and clarification of the scope of changes in the context of the overall process
- Participation in the development and improvement of processes for global Process Change Management
- Assuming a central role within interdisciplinary project teams
Your profile:
- Completed (technical) university degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering or production technology, alternatively a completed technical vocational training with further training as a technician
- Experience with project work in a global environment and intercultural competencies in a global context
- High technical understanding of process flows and their documentation
- SAP experience (PP/MM) desirable
