Adecco has a direct hire opportunity for a **Retail Sales Consultant** position in **Prosper, TX** . We are looking for friendly, reliable, responsible individuals to work in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic space with one-on-one customer contact. A background in the hospitality industry is a plus.

**Salary:** $18/HR Plus Monthly Commissions

**Responsibilities for Retail Sales Consultant position include but are not limited to:**

+ Customer transactions, including collecting payments, updating customer profiles, recovering, and issuing equipment as well as assisting with general inquiries.

+ Determine customer needs and educate the customer in order to sell or upgrade services.

+ Quickly resolve customer issues and concerns

**Qualifications:**

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Standing for prolonged periods of time

+ Available to work flexible hours that may include weekends
