Proactively engage in preventive maintenance in construction trades
Utilize ladders, scaffolds, and lifts for various tasks.
Execute snow removal duties.
Collaborate effectively with other skilled trades.
Maintain meticulous records and manage inventory efficiently.
Actively participate in team meetings
Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Exhibit outstanding carpentry skills and electrical knowledge.
Display proficiency in commercial plumbing.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry/construction and hospital maintenance experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred; building maintenance or equivalent education required.

Salary:

Up to $29.00 per hour
