Direct Placement Project Management (m/f/d) in Southside, AR

Requirements:

Successfully completed engineering degree, technical training or equivalent qualification
Knowledge in managing complex machinery and plant construction projects (special machinery)
Proven commercial and business knowledge
At least 23 years of professional experience in a leadership role
Experience in dealing with customers and business partners
Proof of project management certification is advantageous
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, are advantageous
Willingness to travel internationally approximately 10% of the time (mainly within Germany and Europe)
Precise, thorough and timely work ethic
Reliability, flexibility, teamwork and ability to work independently
Dynamic and confident demeanor with a strong customer focus and high resilience

Main tasks:

Project responsibility for complex machinery construction projects from order acceptance to final acceptance at the customer's site
Responsibility for timely, quality and budgetcompliant project execution, including creating/managing necessary plans
Planning, active management and control of all project activities
Professional leadership/coordination of interdisciplinary teams
Interface function and close collaboration internally and with the customer (also on site)
Documentation/reporting/postcalculation of projectrelated activities according to internal guidelines
Support of specialist departments within individual areas of expertise
Management of contract amendments (creating/negotiating offers)
Support of sales in creating offers
Support during commissioning/customer
