- As the frontline ambassador for quality initiatives related to interior trim, you'll ensure a seamless flow of feedback and actions that elevate performance and customer contentment for my prestigious client.
- You'll be responsible for upholding safety, environmental protection, and energy management standards, aligning with stringent policies and IATF16949 Management System procedures.
- Engage directly with the client as the primary contact for product quality concerns, leveraging your expertise to develop solutions, including on-site training, sorting, and rework activities.
- Analyze product reject information, determine responsibility, and implement corrective actions at the client's site to maintain superior quality standards.
- Your role will encompass auditing, documentation, and the proactive implementation of corrective measures to continuously improve quality and performance.
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience in the automotive quality sector, particularly with interior trim.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry's quality domain, with comprehensive knowledge of IATF16949 and proficiency in 8-D problem-solving techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office. Additional languages, such as German or Spanish, are advantageous.
- You're an analytical thinker with a knack for managing information, troubleshooting, and performing under pressure.
