    Position Summary :


    We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Manager in Denver to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality management principles.

    They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and jurisdictional standards and regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits of processes, procedures, and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to jurisdictional standards and election requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including election production, engineering, technical services and customer success managers, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
    • Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
    • Lead and participate in quality improvement projects to enhance product or service quality and efficiency.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to election production.
    • Participates in requirements analysis and communicate the user requirements and business scenarios to the team of all products.
    • Creates and maintains a methodology guideline for QA.
    • Addresses all departmental issues, including hiring, performance management and day-to-day issues for the staff.
    • Evaluates different tools in order to improve QA tasks and procedures.
    • Writes Test Designs.
    • Reviews test plans and ensure they are properly implemented.
    • Assigns weekly tasks to QA team members.
    • Monitors implementation of the defined tasks.
    • Mentors junior QA Analysts, providing guidance and education if needed.
    Requirements


    Job Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or comparable experience)
    • 5+ years of experience in the IT/software development industry with responsibility for this function.
    • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience and/or knowledge with software programs including tools like Jira, and automation testing tools.
    • Strong organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience in conducting audits and developing audit plans, with a keen eye for detail. Election Knowledge a plus.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Knowledge and understanding of software programs
    • Ability to analyze data and make determinations from it for problem resolution.
    • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships with customers.
    • Ability to analyze problems and identify potential solutions and preventive measures.

    Physical Demands:
    Prolonged activity occurs while sitting at a desk at the computer/phone. There may be intermittent physical activity including walking and standing.


    Working Environment:


    This position is typically in an office environment with ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in an office environment.

    The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This placement is dependent upon alignment with the role.

    This role is eligible for full benefits, listed in the job description, that will also be gone over during your initial recruiter conversation.
