Title - Pre Launch Sales - Ophthalmology - Pharmaceuticals - Build Your Own Team

Planet Pharma is partnering with a pharmaceutical client in Rainbow City who is looking to hire multiple Regional Sales Managers due to a new product launch and team expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client and establish your career.

Not only will you have the chance to build a team of ten, but you will also be involved in the strategic planning for the launch of this product by September of this year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the sales strategy and plan for a new product in the field of Ophthalmology
  • Lead the local launch preparation process in close collaboration with the EU head office
  • Achieve sales targets through effective team leadership and implementation of operational marketing activities, while staying within budget

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling pharmaceuticals in the field of Ophthalmology
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and team management, as well as talent development and performance management (not essential)
  • Relevant experience and a proven track record of success in sales (experience in marketing is a plus) within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
