- Implement a specific screening script and will be asked to read this script to conduct all interviews.
- Complete calls following clearly detailed and established procedures; neither originality nor improvisation is desired.
- Assist with miscellaneous research released task: data entry, preparing paperwork for participant visits, filing paperwork related to participant visits, backing up computer files following participant visits, organizing files, posting flyers, escorting participants from one location to another (e.g., from the Clinical and Translational Research Center to CCN for neuroimaging).
- Administer standardized phone call followups with participants using a brief established questionnaire.
- Label materials for participant visits. *Must be a current UCLA Student. This position will require ON-CAMPUS work and remote employment is not possible.
Pay Range:
$ $27.00 hourly
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good organization and work habits required.
- Computer skills to perform data entry using a PC required. Computer literacy is a must.
- Ability to shift priorities and adapt to change required.
- Ability to work independently and to take direction required.
- Skill in writing legible, concise and grammatically correct documentation in Standard English required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Must be a current UCLA Student.
