Become a doer

Support in the agile transformation of business units and individual teams at our clients, with a focus on cross-functional teams, especially in the areas of software development, e-mobility, and autonomous driving
Methodical leadership and shaping of change processes in organizational structures - always in collaboration with our clients
Introduction of agile frameworks and methodologies for an agile target organization
Supporting teams in their collaboration and effective implementation and adaptation of agile practices and tools, including taking on the role of Scrum Master
Active participation in shaping our internal agile organizational structure

What you should bring

Quick and high comprehension skills, which you have demonstrated in your studies or a comparable experience
Relevant professional experience in an agile environment and experience in accompanying transformation processes is desirable
