Your Responsibilities

Provide customer support for efficient use of social media platforms and their offerings;
Create and manage digital campaigns;
Actively promote social media campaigns and other services to new and existing customers;
Create and follow up on proposals.

Your Profile

Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level);
Experience in telemarketing (call centers, shared service centers, etc.) and marketing, or a strong interest in learning in this field;
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills;
Customer service-oriented mindset.
