Social worker / social pedagogue / social assistant / social caregiver or equivalent professional (m/f/d) The Psychosocial Services (PSD) Bergstraße is a non-profit organization and offers social participation in the form of supported living, accompanied living in families and a day center for mentally ill and disabled people in Dietzenbach for the Offenbach district, in Pfungstadt for the Darmstadt-Dieburg district and in Darmstadt.

In addition, it is the carrier of social pedagogical family assistance for families with a mentally ill parent. We are a corporate member of the Workers' Welfare Association.

We are looking for social workers / social pedagogues / social assistants / social caregivers or equivalent professionals (m/f/d) for our offers of social participation in the form of supported living in Dietzenbach and Pfungstadt as soon as possible.

Full-time or part-time employment is possible.


Your tasks:
Counseling, support and guidance for clients of ambulatory supported living for mentally ill and disabled people Outreach activities within the framework of ambulatory support services Crisis intervention and prevention in cooperation with other professionals and services Coordination and mediation of assistance Networking in the social environment Your profile: Completed degree in social pedagogy / social work or at least one year of training in the fields of pedagogy and social work A high sense of responsibility, commitment and dedication Reliability and teamwork skills Driver's license We offer Remuneration according to collective agreement Annual special payment
