Responsibilities and Duties _(this is not a lawn mowing/maintenance position)_**:

Spring/Summer/Fall - Lawn Care Technicians work outdoors providing lawn fertilization & weed control services to residential customers using a motorized spreader/sprayer.

Technicians interact with customers to solve problems, answer questions and provide general customer service. AAA does not offer lawn mowing services or landscaping.

Winter - We do not plow snow but there's lots to do at AAA during the winter season.

Do what fits you best....Join one of our light installation crews hanging Christmas lights, work with the shop crew who maintains our fleet of vehicles or make sales with the marketing group.

Job Training:

Training never stops at AAA. We are with you every step of the way. When you succeed, the team succeeds. We train our new technicians in both small group and one on one settings.


Work Environment:

Lawn Technicians have their own assigned service territory & office space. Technicians are assigned their own service vehicle and spreader/sprayer. Our employees also benefit from a company paid uniform service.


Qualifications and Skills:

Valid driver's license, able to pass drug screen & physical. Must have a high school diploma and a solid past work history.

Paid Vacation:

2 weeks paid vacation during your 1st year. 3 weeks paid vacation after your 2nd season.

Pay:
$39, $51,000.00 per year
