    Description

    Job Title:
    Client Relations Business Analyst

    Office is conveniently located in Hopkins, MN, with plans to move west in the upcoming months. Local candidates preferred.

    Schedule:
    Monday through Friday (8:00 5:00 PM CST)

    The Client Relations Business Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the adoption and positive impact of Global IT's solutions for Cargill's workforce.

    As part of this position, you will collaborate with IT teams to create valuable content, perform stakeholder analysis, assess change impact, and implement the client experience framework.


    Key Responsibilities

    Work closely with IT teams to strategize client experience and communications, such as newsletters, emails, articles, and more

    Facilitate sessions with clients and IT teams for feedback and knowledge sharing

    Utilize client feedback and data analytics to enhance IT approaches and ensure a positive client experience

    Address complex issues independently, escalating when needed

    Additional tasks as assigned

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

    At least three years of related professional experience

    Proficiency in creating and editing different types of communications with a keen eye for detail

    Innate curiosity to simplify IT tools for Cargill employees

    Proficiency in data analytics

    Research skills to develop effective communications

    Proficient in English

    Preferred Qualifications

    Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, basic video editing, and email management tools like Poppulo

    Experience in a global, matrixed organization

    Ability to influence others

    Exceptional customer service abilities

    Strong grasp of task prioritization and project management concepts
