In the role of Regional Lead, Compliance & License Management you will be an experienced licensing and technology professional with experience across multiple software vendors, with the ability to dynamically support and lead complex deliverables and projects to a high standard with little to no support.
You will be confident in front of clients, with an ability to communicate with varying multiple and technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise narratives with ease.
You will lead and complete the reports on complex license positions along with risk remediation and opportunity realization reporting for IFS.
You will act as a key point of contact for our clients during the scoping of the engagement, becoming the owner of all license position reporting and opportunity creation.
You will be working directly with and under the COO for North America.Key Responsibilities:
Queuing / Processing of regional customer license declarations.
Evaluating license declarations for compliance issues.
The accurate delivery of ELP reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Contributing to methodology and delivery of quality improvement projects
Scoping assessments and delivery scheduling for clients
Contribute to internal business maturity and operational process improvement
The creation of senior-level presentations on licensing issues found with clients
Reporting results of declaration evaluations by region
Undertake ELP and presentation quality assurance assessments
Qualifications Essential**:
5+ years working as a consultant within the Licensing industry/technology sector
Experience with MS Office and complex Excel data management
Experience evaluating tier 1 software vendor (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, IBM) deployments but experience with other vendors will also be considered
End-to-end ELP creation with a focus on analysis of data (customer-supplied and external) against license rights
Strong senior-level presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good commercial acumen
Comfort engaging with Senior stakeholders
Leadership and people management skills
Desirable:
SAM process and maturity assessment experience is a plus
Strong administrative and/or technology background is a plus
CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plus
Strong background in contract law and license interpretation
Other:
Education Qualification is preferred. Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, any engineering degree or graduate in any discipline
5+ years experience in the specific area/core skill and Overall Experience in the SW/IT industry
Work hours will require regularly scheduled meetings with IFS Regional teams in either USA, UK/ Europe or APJ/MENU
