Position Overview
Tuckernuck is looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for project management and execution of paid strategies as well as analyzing performance data. The position encompasses managing performance across paid channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, CTV, and Affiliate marketing.

This person will be encouraged to help build out a testing roadmap based on market trends to improve channel efficiency and performance.

They will have strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into action.


Core Responsibilities

  • Drive paid media strategy and performance to achieve digital marketing goals within budget across performance channels such as paid search, paid social, affiliate and connected TV retargeting
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of all paid media campaigns
  • Manage the daytoday relationship with the media agency
  • Lead the strategic efforts in partnership with the media agency across all performance digital platforms
  • Maintain close partnerships with media partners such as Google, Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest and more
  • Drive and manage the testing roadmap for performance channels
  • Analyze key KPIs such as impressions, revenue, CVR%, ROAS, LTV, CAC, and more to make informed marketing decisions based on data
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting of all campaigns and channels to share out with organization
  • Work closely with site, product, and technology teams to influence cross functional strategies and ensure site is optimized for the paid media traffic
  • Oversee creative brief development for digital marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Update and maintain project plan for relevant marketing initiatives and deadlines
  • Stay up to date on market trends and execute research projects on target markets to help inform geographic and demographic strategies.
  • Originate new ideas for the digital marketing strategy

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or paid media advertising
  • Understanding of paid search, paid social, display, and video
  • Prior experience managing a media agency
  • Strong writing and grammar skills, proofreading abilities, and copywriting abilities
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and the ability to work closely with graphic designers and content creators.
  • Passion for the Tuckernuck brand and interested in retail/fashion
  • Extremely detail oriented and constantly double checking work product before submission
  • Problemsolver with a proactive nature
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Interest in data analytics to drive decisions
