What you will do:

  • Telephone consultation for existing customers and interested parties in the field of travel insurance
  • Professional advice on products, contracts and insurance conditions
  • Processing and forwarding of customer inquiries, also in written form via email and mail
  • Secure handling of various software programs in parallel with telephone calls

What you bring:

  • Experience in telephone customer service
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Office skills
