WHO ARE WE? CABUWAZI is a children and youth circus with social, artistic, and educational goals, implemented at 6 locations in Berlin.

CABUWAZI includes the Institute for Circus Therapy Alegria and the Circus Academy Berlin. We are committed to a tolerant, democratic society and an open-minded Berlin. Our goal is to empower children and young people and support them in developing their potential through self-efficacy. We are looking for reinforcement in the management of CABUWAZI Treptow.

CO-LOCATION MANAGEMENT CABUWAZI TREPTOW (M/F/D HOURS/WEEK RESPONSIBILITIES:
* cooperative leadership of the team (with the other location manager) * participation in the management team of CABUWAZI as a whole * artistic direction and organization of shows, school extracurricular activities, and school project weeks * organization and supervision of freelance staff and annual volunteers * organization and supervision of the location's daily operations and events
