    Responsibilities


    • Daily Paperwork review to ensure invoices match Towbook, pricing accuracy, & commission accuracy. Auditing calls to ensure all pricing is correct for both accounts and non-accounts.


    • Auditing 'Towbook' for any calls not audited, completed, or the invoice was not turned in. Preparing reports.


    • Scanning and properly identifying all documentation and uploading it into 'Towbook', including but not limited to invoices, all supporting documentation, payment receipts, etc.


    • Credit Card receipts and other 3rd party payment receipts - printed and attached to invoices, scanned, and attached in 'Towbook', & payment posting verification.


    • Making sure that all written checks for pay outs, advanced charges, etc.


    • Preparing Towbook metrics.


    • Accounts Receivable; verify cash receipts in 'Towbook' using payment verification function, prepare cash for deposit, ensure deposits are taken to bank, prepare and submit reports.


    • Petty Cash Process; receiving, coding, & scanning all petty cash receipts, reconcile all receipts, replenish checks.


    • Check Receipts Process; verify checks received in 'Towbook', prepare checks for deposit.


    • Accounts Payable; AP Coding & PO Process.


    • Lien/Auction; Check yard inventory, pull invoices, record auction monies, prepare reconciliation report.
