- Conduct meetings with various stakeholders within the client's organization to identify and document solution-based requirements for RFPs and other project needs, including technical specifications, data conversion, and interfaces.
- Manage service level agreements, define associated metrics, and track progress, providing executive-level reporting as needed.
- Develop requirement traceability matrices and test plans to validate requirements.
- Communicate project status, concerns, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with the client's Procurement standards.
- Lead and provide updates on procurement-related tasks to project managers and other relevant parties.
- Analyze business needs and propose solutions to be included in SOWs or RFPs.
- Prepare templates and standards documents to enhance procurement processes.
- Research, compile, and analyze data on contracts, providing recommendations for issue resolution.
- Review and approve functional and non-functional requirements for RFPs and subsequent SOWs.
- Contribute expertise in reviewing and approving RFP and SOW language.
- Oversee the creation and validation of estimates and schedules for requirements and testing activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in processes, leading the development of program-level requirements for large projects.
- Assess the impact of enterprise Requests for Change (RFCs) on agency systems.
- Facilitate sessions to define implementation plan requirements and validate IT implementation plans.
- Direct the activities of the Requirements Gathering team, ensuring adherence to the client's SUITE methodology.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of requirements and functional design documentation for Customer Applications.
- Provide options and estimates for requirements gathering and contribute to estimates for software project development, testing, and implementation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Information Technology.
