Training

The 3-year apprenticeship as an automotive salesman (m/f/d) establishes a connection between commercial expertise and technical knowledge. It is characterized by a strong focus on customer and market orientation. You will work in areas such as scheduling, accounting, parts department, sales of new cars, sales of used cars, and customer service. A major focus of your training will be on service. You will acquire in-depth knowledge about vehicles from the Volkswagen Group and learn essential basics of vehicle technology. All vehicles from the following brands:

Volkswagen,
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
Audi
Skoda
Seat
Cupra

will be the focus of your training.

The working hours are currently 36 hours per week. The remuneration is in accordance with the collective agreement of the automotive industry in Hamburg. You will also receive additional holiday and Christmas bonuses.
