We are currently seeking a facility manager (m/f/d) for a senior care facility near Neuss, on behalf of our client.

The position is available immediately.

We are looking for someone who can impress our client with their personality. Your salary will be determined based on your professional experience and expertise.


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing the facility while considering economic aspects
  • Leading and motivating your team in line with company goals
  • Recruiting and retaining employees
  • Optimizing quality standards
  • Ensuring the facility is fully occupied and utilized
  • Representing the facility internally and externally
  • Maintaining relationships with funding agencies, authorities, and government offices
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company guidelines

Your qualifications:


  • Preferably a degree in business administration, health economics, or nursing management, as well as a recognized qualification as a healthcare or social services professional
  • Qualification as a facility manager according to HeimPersV with appropriate recognition
  • Professional experience as a facility or nursing service manager in residential elderly care facilities
  • Sales and service orientation, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance
  • Strong understanding of business management
  • Modern social and communication skills
