- BS or Masters in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

- Writes detailed specifications for the development and implementation of solutions.
- Refines specifications as DevOps work items for hand-off to development team members.
- Recommends which technical resources should be assigned tasks.
- Works with and advises developers on how work should be completed to meet objectives, as needed.
- Assist with development troubleshooting and implementation challenges when required; is the last point of technical escalation.
- Aid team members to resolve development challenges as they arise.
- Provides code reviews and feedback to team members to improve developer skills and ensure high-quality releases.
- Assists with testing as needed to make sure solutions meet requirements outlined in specifications.
