Overview:
The Managerial Consultant IV, Medicaid Line of Business Strategy role supports the development of KP's Medicaid business strategy, in partnership with the regions. The Consultant will identify strategic opportunities, develop business cases and foster alignment and decision-making throughout the organization, partnering closely with Finance, Membership, Strategic Planning and regional teams. To be successful in this role, one must be a big-picture strategic thinker, while also understanding the intricacies of the Medicaid environment.
Job Summary:

Designs and leads change management plans associated with business initiatives. Drives assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
