Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging position that will provide you with extremely valuable data warehouse, data infrastructure, and analytics experience, extensive variety, and frequent exposure to managers and staff in the Information Technology Branch? The Employment Development Department (EDD) is looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to work in the Business Intelligence Data Warehousing Group (BI DWG).

The Information Technology Specialist I work as a Data conversion analyst for the Employment Development Department's (EDD) BI DWG.

The incumbent represents the interest of EDD's program customers, Department goals, and IT Branch directives in developing new Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities which lead to cost savings, improved analytical decision making and faster response times for external and internal information requests.

This position is headquartered in Sacramento, California and may be eligible for telework under EDD's telework policy. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, as needed. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.

Position exists at 722 Capitol Mall in the heart of downtown Sacramento.
