- Ensure that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with Plant Manager to establish goals and criteria to be used during production.
- Ensure the production team's daily workflow and assignments are completed.
- Ensure team members are accurately logging time and claiming parts on work orders.
- Troubleshoot production issues that arise.
- Notify maintenance department of equipment problems.
- Train and manage production employees on the assigned duties.
- Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with human resources to respond to employee concerns or complaints.
- Ensure paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent mechanical and industrial aptitude.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Related work experience required.
- Prefer someone with experience in either (1) commercial diesel truck chassis, (2) CNC machining centers, (3) paint/autobody experience, or (4) general factory management.
- Must be able to be on feet all day.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
