Fredericktown Main Plant Schwendi | Production and Quality


YOUR TASK:

  • Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act for the Schwendi plant and its branches
  • Advising and supporting company management on matters of operational fire protection
  • Implementing laws, regulations, and official requirements, identifying action needs and coordinating with authorities, works council, and plant services
  • Informing and advising departments and managers on occupational and fire safety as needed, developing training concepts
  • Developing concepts and measures to prevent work accidents and health hazards
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and acceptance of facilities, equipment, work procedures, and buildings
  • Reporting accidents to the appropriate authorities or initiating reports, preparing accident reports and statistics
  • Assessing risks and hazards.
