The NEW WORK of Diakonie Essen gGmbH is looking for a full-time (39 hours) or part-time:

Social Work in Trade & Crafts (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Your pedagogical tasks relate to individual participants as well as to the group of all participants in the employment fields of NEW WORK, with a focus on trade and crafts. You always act in a friendly and hands-on manner. Empathetic and eloquent, you work closely with the specialist instruction. On site, you will be working in an interdisciplinary team with the following tasks:

Organization of integration, together with the specialist instruction

Perspective development and integration planning with the participants

Stabilization of participants and prevention of program cancellations

Crisis intervention for participants, with possible involvement of support systems

Conflict intervention in the workplace

Maintaining a digital participant file; documenting interventions and results

Transition of employable participants (§16e, §16i SGB II and direct placement) to transition management
